In my experience

They love it or hate it no matter what. I rotate the squad. My eldest (11 year old girl) has seen all-sorts and loves it. My youngest (7 year old boy) love it right off no matter what, and he's seen some grimmers. My middle one (9 year old girl) just reads a book and now begs not to go! All could sing 'On the ball City' by their 3rd birthdays.
