If Phelan is sacked this will have been the most classless act of recruitment ever

A young manager can't just walk into a club with a fine knit sweater and a clutch of cliched rhetoric and demand respect from day one.
I have SEVERE reservations about this one. I suspect he'll be hung out to dry by the press when things start to go wrong.
