Let's just HYPOTHETICALLY say you had sex with a girl, and you know for a fact she said "yeah, come on, join in" to you when you asked and appeared to be enjoying herself and not protesting and then you are convicted as a rapist, would you apologise?

Because this appears to be Ched Evans' position, and it could be that that IS what happened. Given she remembers nothing.
