I'll admit that I was one who always spoke highly of him and was delighted when he was linked with us. Since he joined I've only seen him once: at Crewe where he wasn't too bad tho' he missed a decent chance (I'm not counting the first half - nobody looked better than dreadful in the first 45, a fact that I attribute entirely to Hughes).

OK with so many of you going spotty about how bad he is then I must be wrong about the guy. Sorry about that.

I'd be tempted to say he'll come good, based on what I've seen on him on telly in past seasons - but what the PNE fans have said tends to destroy that idea.

One thing's for certain, though: if we keep shouting that he's s**te, he will only become worse.
