If by some chance we go up this season, it;ll be even more critical to give him time and support and work on the basis of fully expecting relegation.

If he is as good as he seems like he has the potential to be, then the last thing we want is to destroy him with the weight of expectation.

I'd like to think that we'll be going through this new manager malarkey in about 3 years after he's been poached by a top Prem club, having got us promoted and kept us up and built a decent side for us.
