Like most people, I dont know what to make of this appointment.

I do like the ambition of taking a chance on potential.
Going for a young "up and coming" type manager might add the hunger for success.

I think he will be hands on and high energy.

If he can quickly earn the respect of the players and they buy into what he is trying to do then he has a good chance of success.
We need to get off to a good start.

He gets a free "no lose" pass for tomorrow's game.
Lose and he hasn't had time to work with the players, win and his team talk has done wonders......
