Yes possibly it has been but

The perception seems to be out there that they, or perhaps particularly Mcnally interfere. Perhaps they did a bit because deep down did not trust Adams.

Hopefully if Neil signs on it will show it has been blown out of proportion and he's comfortable he has control over everything he wants.
