Either he doesn't come in which case the current system will be under scrutiny. Or he does come on which case a few journalists will ask whether they've already been forced to make some changes to the supposed long term structure, and if not exactly how does it marry with full control (given that the reason for the football board was specifically stated as preventing a manager having full control again).
Some clever PR may be necessary, something we're not renowned for.
