Which shows it's so often not about personnel, but how they're deployed

Not so much about tactics as attitude - and who it's stemming from.

What I loved about that season was, even in a shortish period, you could see how we went from work in progress to (for League 1) finished article. "At last, we're on our way" v Wycombe; "but we're not beating the top sides - maybe we're only top 6 material?" v MK Dons and Leeds, even after the brilliant display at the latter; but then COLCHESTER!!!! And all doubts were at an end really.
