when will the board realise the manager is the most important employee at the club

another appalling decision by a discredited incompetent board

how can other clubs with far less resources , eg ITFC, appoint proven managers, yet we appoint someone nobody has heard of, who has never managed in england, never played at any decent level, will have zero credibility in the dressing room

comparing to lambert is stupid, he had won champions league and was managing already in the league we were in and knew what it takes to get out of that league
