I also have a slight nervousness that he might struggle to reproduce the same sense of team that hamilton have - in the same way Lambert doesn't seem to have been able to replicate what he had here at Villa.

I hope the football board will help to avoid any transfer disasters (I don't think we've recruited poorly since the end of last season) and I don't think my concern above is a reason not to go for him - that's just my natural risk aversion (and why I'm an accountant probably...).
