Spot on!!

I had a guy work for me who turned out to be a paedophile. He only got a suspended sentence. HR dept told me and his co-workers we had to be sensitive to his situation and if anyone said anything untoward they would face disciplinary action. I left eventually as the desire to kick his teeth in on a daily basis was causing severe stress. When I told HR manager my reason for leaving she said, and I quote " How do you think he feels?" You can probably tell from that quote that she doesn't have kids.
