Managers are a bit like goalscorers

in that someone either has it (at a certain place and time) or doesn't, in which case no number of badges and courses and training manuals will make any difference at all. Undoubtedly Neil had the right touch at Hamilton. So though it's a risk, I think it's an interesting and potentially good one ... only time will tell, and of course, some of the Wrath's great soothsayers for whom nothing is ever a surprise having looked at wiki for 5 minutes ....
