If he is a good motivator he should be able to motivate whatever the age, my fear is

tactical nous, dealing with the crowd when they get on his back, If he comes in and we lose 3 or 4 on the bounce (which could happen), he will be working in a very very hostile environment were the support will not only turn on him but on the Board. He has many more things to manage at a bigger Club, hopefully he is such a huge character that he will cope.
