Yeah buts it's an implication based on what exactly?

I'm assuming I have had all the same info on it as everyone else, so I don't get why people are so sure or clear how it works, and that it's the root of all evil.

My opinion was, and is, that it's possibly just another in a long line of PR blunder phrases from the Board, cf scouring Europe, The Norwich Way, prudence with ambition, relegation worse than death etc

Unless someone knows different?
