Are many people boycotting the BBC these days?

Seeing as you've brought up this old school dig. Are councils in general to be assumed as ignoring reports of rapes because of what happened in Rotherham, Oldham and Rochdale?

Or maybe, just like a penguin trying to f**k a seal, life just isn't as rational as we would like it to be. :)
