Yeah, he is very keen on using youth. Norwich could do a lot worse than signing a couple of Hamiltons youngsters, especially Ali Crawford and Stephen Hendrie. If Norwich do decide to go for him, don't be surprised if Hamiltons head of youth and their academy director George cairns and Frankie McAvoy go with him. They are the real gems behind finding the youth talent. They have been there for a few years and were behind the current crop and previous ones such as James McCarthy at Everton and James McArthur at Palace. They have made Hamilton millions.
