If I was a Norwich player right now, I would be thinking ''what the f**k is going on with

this Football Club?'' I would be thinking sorry I pledged to stay but now I am off. If you want leadership and organisation with respect get an experienced man in, the guy might be very shouty and looks hard but what senior player in our squad will respect him with his career so far, Neil Adams had gained just as much respect in fact I would say winning the FA Youth Cuo is a bigger acheivement, I do not see any logic to appointing this person in the same way I thought the Adams appointment wouldn't work, I cannot see how this one can. I hope I am wrong but we are falling apart and we go and try to get a rookie in (potentially), the Club needs binding together with know how and experience, this job is way out of his league.
