Lennon. Who we could've got in the summer, and didn't.

Where we are now is a mess of our own making. We've already made it much harder for ourselves than it needed to be and lengthened the odds on us turning things around.

Lennon's the only guy out there who I'd be very confident WOULD succeed here - but of course, that ship has almost certainly sailed. After that, there's less risk with Rosler or Warburton than with Neil: a lot less in fact. But we are where we are; where our own incompetence has put us.
