Alex Neil - enough experience?

Granted he's got his team promoted to the Scottish Prem and they're now sitting third, but he only has about 18 months experience in Scotland; is that enough?

I'm partly playing devil's advocate because I like the idea of this appointment more than I do nearly all the names that have been suggested in the last few days, but I still worry about that lack of experience.
