The new manager has already been appointed!

There is no way that Becchio and Murphy would be allowed to go out on loan again without the sanction of the manager. Fingers then all pointing to Mike Phelan, and to David McNally I would say it had better work because your job will be firmly on the line if he is yet another failure. I am beginning to wonder what REALLY happened at Fulham and Celtic!
