I think we may get a Tim Sherwood/Mike Phelan combination, much like we had with Adams and Phelan.
I'm not a big fan of Sherwood but it could be interesting to see if it would work, although I suspect Sherwood might have too big an ego to go for something like that.
Then again can we really afford to gamble again? It seems ever since Lambert, with every managerial appointment "This time has to be the right appointment", which surely is obvious anyway?
I've completely lost where I was going with this now because I started typing this an hour ago and got in a meeting which has completely blown my mind.
