Drones

Just reading about the police concern over increasing numbers of people flying drones in London or over sporting events. I did not realise there is a long list of restrictions about where you can fly them but surely it would be easier just not to allow them to be sold to every random punter for less than ?50. Whole thing looks a recipe for disaster to me what with all these terrorist nutters about.
