Phelan, Sherwood, Robinson are the top 3

on the betting circuit. Given that we need a motivator, Tim Sherwood seems to be the obvious choice. I think it's a pretty poor quality of candidates though, so on that basis I'd give it to Phelan till the end of the season and re-assess then.
