He hates Mcnally - is obvious from his regular digs. i think he's right though

I was very concerned about this nonsensical "football board" when it was formed and that it would put managers off when we were looking in the summer.

I don;t have a problem with the head scout, technical director and manager all getting together from time to time with the CEO so if that's what happens its not a problem but if the manager is being overruled on transfers and various technical matters because he can be outvoted by the other three then that is potentially a real problem.

West Brom have had problems getting decent managers because similarly influential technical directors and the like behind the scenes but i notice Pulis has been allowed to get rid of them so perhaps that was his condition of taking the job.
