For the record, that suggestion was part of "Curbishley or Poyet" in Summer 2012, ie. when Hughton was appointed. A good number of good clubs have been interested in him - but have never offered him what he's looking for. And now, he truly is yesterday's man - I just wasn't convinced he was back in 2012.
