Cotterill occurred to me - but I dismissed him because I think he's a so far but no further sort of manager. Lower Champs is about his level I think, which he'll return to if he takes Brizzie up.

I also considered Sean O'Driscoll - and dismissed him because of recent failures. His star's really waned in recent times.
