It's obvious why McNally's in Scotland.
Hell have a quick shufty round Wrath of The Haggis up there.
He then goes from Scotland to Norway, then Denmark, and so on and so on until he's been to every European country,
Before appointing Phelan.
Can't say he doesn't learn from his mistakes.
