He's certainly got the players pumped and this is the first time Aberdeen have done anything in god knows how long. I always thought that his next step would be a big League 1 club or a struggling Champs one.

I've only seen them a couple of times this season. Certainly knows how to sort a defense out. He's probably the closest to a Lambert that we could get.
