Feel really bad for Neil, desperately wanted it to work for him and for the Club.

It really is a struggle to see where we go from here.

For too many, Norwich could be seen as a stepping stone a la Lambert, and I feel that would have been the case with Lennon and in 18 months we could be left with another Hughton-esque decline.

If we go with "experience" like Warnock we're really talking about a 6 month promotion and bust contract because he's never been trusted in the Prem.

If Neil had worked it could have given us a good platform, a successful promotion would have wiped out a lot of distrust (though he'd then have the "next-level" questions though Lambert wasn't immune to that).

Lord its difficult. Get one of the ex-Class of 93 in who Phelan will help? Though Butt and P Neville are currently serving their apprenticeships at FC United.

Either way I feel like we need a new 5-year plan and the intention to appoint someone now to carry it out.

From League One I have to say I'd rather have Clough than the MK Dons fella.
