Biggest issue for any manager worth his salt is full control over transfers in/out

WBA seem to have a similar set up to us and Tony Pulis basically refused to join unless he had full control over signings.

Will NCFC's new manager be happy working under a technical committee? Mike Phelan might be so that's why he would be attractive to the board.
