Sherwood would appear to be the only credible external candidate.....

he got a bit of a raw deal at Spuds I thought, but is he the man to get us out of this league this season (which is the overriding priority)....I'm not sure he is.

I think they'll go straight for Phelan and I'm not sure that's the right decision either.

Wonder if McNasty already has a candidate up his sleeve, that isn't Mike Phelan!
