I don;t revel in Adams resigning but what I do revel in is believing my team now have

a much better chance of promotion.

Adams has gone before it got too nasty and won;t have to leave like Gunn did. He no doubt will get a good payoff and a nice low pressure job in July. He will still be about the place. They have stepped in just in time.
