Personally I reckon the physio will have said...

....Robinson CAN play if he himself thinks he can. Then it will have been up to Worthy to decide whether he really could from the way he gave the answer and his general body language.

Just down to experience and knowing the guy in question well (which of course in this case he doesn't).
