Attention all you nerdy pooter music jigglers.

Forget footie for a minute I have a question. Is there a way of converting tracks from a DVD concert onto an audio cd? I currently run Nero 6 Ultra with a Nero digital mp3 converter plug-in. My brain hurts from piddling around and getting nowhere so please make efforts to save me from more grief. Thank you.
