The situation is reminding me of last year - in early Jan we put in a pathetic FA Cup

performance away to an awful Fulham team and were well beaten. The reaction was pretty unanimous that Hughton needed to go but for some reason they held on. Obviously had pretty disastrous consequences (in football terms) and I just hope the same doesn't happen this year.

I'd love to see Adams take us into the play offs or take us up. When he wins a match it feels somehow better or more important than a manager with no connection but maybe I shouldn't buy into the sentimentality of football. I can't see him succeeding at all so probably it's best to just get rid and move on.

Anyway it's only football. I haven't been on here for ages now, probably 6 or 8 months. Hope everybody is safe and sound x
