that's exactly the attitude that got us from Nigel Worthington to Peter Grant,

and from Glenn Roeder to Bryan Gunn, and from Hoots to Neyull. Just because you feel that a manager is under achieving and needs to be replaced doesn't guarantee that the next guy won't be worse.
