Almost to a man in the summer people here said this was the strongest in the league

some even suggesting our strongest EVER although I don't think we were anywhere near that, but it shows how highly, on paper, people thought of this squad, yet we're struggling this season & at times, playing total gash.

I guess it comes down to players application & attitude, the managers tactical nous and motivation or a combination of both. I suspect it's a combination of both but short of having a turnaround of 20 odd players, there needs a change of management in the hope that the new guy can get the squad delivering to the level that we think they can do.
