1) His perpetual monotone northern drawl.
2) Coming out with bold statements, "we just weren't good enough" trying to sound hard and nasty when he evidently couldn't scare a cat judging by the spineless performances that his players give him.
3) His anonymous and clueless touchline presence as the game passes him by.
4) His pub team policy for picking the team, ie: if you turn up regularly enough and behave nicely then you get a game, eg: Martin and Johnson.
5) His destruction of Redmond, alternating between building the team around him and casting him into the wilderness.
6) His arrogance in accepting the job and buying into the myth that they had "scoured Europe." Accepting that he was the cheap convenient option would have required some humility and spine.
I've seen enough. Out for me.
