Norwich have never been liquidated

RFC formed in 1872, were incorporated as a company in 1899, went into administration in 2012 and went into liquidation in 2012 when HMRC rejected a CVA. Charles Green bought the assets and formed a new club called Sevco Scotland to which the SFA membership was transferred. The new club then applied to enter each tier and was rejected at each level until the SFL3 accepted them.
