he gets paid up on a huge contract, gets another job.
Also probably feels he has taken Newcastle as far as they can get and will probably get sacked on the next bad run they have.
The head butting incident may also have put him in internal disciplinary trouble. Maybe the next thing he does wrong will be grounds for sacking without pay.
