One thing which entirely pisses me off (of many)

We take on these loanees like theres no tomorrow without first giving some of the younger players a fair crack of the whip. For example Young Jarvis. How many times has he been on the bench this season and either not come on or come on when it's a lost cause or with about a minute left. Give the kids a chance (not all at once possibly) but at least give them a go. They might come off, and at least if they don't you haven't really lost anything whereas some of the dross that has been brought in and been s**te, you are then stuck with for the entire spell of their loan, or beyonds in the case of that tosser who should have been back of the bus up to Preston last night and not awarded with a contract.
