No, that's Vicodin, which is hydrocodone + paracetamol.

Codeine is different. I'm no pharmacologist, apart from in the amateur and experimental sense, and even then long retired, but as far as i'm aware, while codeine is an opioid, it's a long way down in the list of Will Fuck You Up opioids. FFS I have a pack in my kitchen drawer, left over from a prescription for either me or Mrs B, and we're the straightest, lest seriously unwell couple in the country. The chances of us being prescribed, to take home, a seriously addictive opioid are next to none at all.

It's probably not to be f**ked with, but you'd have to try quite hard to f**k with it that badly.
