Agreed.

We had it under lambert. Even at 2-0 down at half time, on days like today, we (WE - players, management & us fans) would all expect to come back and win the game. That's the belief that gets you out of this league, and it's what we've been missing since September. (Or you could say since Hootun's 10 game unbeaten run, which feels like 4 football lifetimes ago)

Hopefully phelan can knock this into a few of them, but it's a self fulfilling circle. Management needs to beleive, players need to beleive & we need to beleive. We'll all feed off each other until it becomes reality. Right now, it's sorely missing across the entre club.
