I get paid to write about football and I make half my living through that

so as in any job I need to be confident in my views and opinions. I read, study and watch the game in detail. Football being as fickle as it is means I can't be right or wrong all the time.

Do I get things wrong? Yes. A big one from this year is I said I couldn't see Germany winning the World Cup due to their schedule to give you an example.

Do I get things right? Yes. To give you one example I posted on here the day before the Chile v Spain game in the World Cup what exactly would happen.

Do I know more about football than the average punter? No idea TBH but obviously I would like to think so and it is for others to judge whether I do or not. Football is a huge passion of mine and therefore I get very animated in discussions about it. I'm more interested in the sociology of football more than anything but can appreciate good tactical analysis and can sometimes provide that kind of thing for websites and people on twitter if they need it.
