Today & a question for anyone in the City stand who saw that tackle -

For all those of you complaining about the time-wasting, it was going on from the first five minutes. Two balls on the pitch, not looking where the ball was coming on, etc, etc.

Awful ref, but please don?t let that distract from a woeful performance. One sort of cross shot from PMcV in the first half, a backpass frm Brennan (I'm not going to call it a shot!) and Flem?s effort was all we had to show for the first 80 minutes.

Colin was woeful. Constantly out of position ? how many times did the Doc bale him out down the right?

Etuhu was even worse. The game seemed to go on around him again. He might have a big presence, or be a fine athlete, but he?s either a lazy s**te or not got a football brain, as there were countless times where he should have been there and wasn?t.

And as far that tackle on Nowland, was it my imagination, but it looked like Etuhu miss-controlled the ball very badly and then had an opportunity of a meaty of a 50/50 on their scorer, who was not an ex-team mate, thus making it impossible for him to go back to Preston? Not that I?m suggesting anything untoward of course.

I?m sure some-one in the city stand can clarify my mis-understanding on this as I was on the other side of the pitch.
