I think it shows a new found maturity that we *didn't* 'go blitz' at 2-2

Very, very nice to see. Very early days but this is a management team that really might work.

Only regret is that we didn't have it from the start. Adams might have it in him to be an excellent manager but he was always going to need some proper, experienced support around him. (Joe Royle etc etc.)
