FAO:AB o e thing I know for sure is not to put cider with it.

I was a barmaid one (a bit of a rubbish one seeing as I don't drink). Somebody asked me for a whisky and cider once and was very disgusted when I poured it out for him. Turns out he'd wanted a whisky and soda and was too posh sounding for his own good.
