Mrs B needed the morphine becuase she was left with a drain in her abdomen.

Basically a half-inch plastic tube in one of the laproscope holes (I guess, anyway. I assume they didn't make a new incision just for the drain).

Blast she opened her eyes wide when they pulled that out, off her bonce on morphine or not. Fair out on stalks they were.
