I'd get shot as soon as poss if I were you. Mine had become part of

my jaw bone (seemingly unknown to the dentist, and not obvious from the X-ray) so it ripped my gum to shreds on the way out. That was at 9am.
9.30 pm in A&E at Preston General some Canadian dentist/doctor blokey finally sewed it up and stopped it bleeding
